| Maryssa: It’s pretty common for students to do presentations in front of the class, especially at university. |
| Aurore: And this can carry on into employment. |
| Maryssa: It might not be as common, but depending on your job you may still have to do some public speaking. |
| Aurore: If you can speak in front of a crowd, it will help you. |
| Maryssa: If you’re too shy to speak in front of colleagues, it could be a problem. |

| Maryssa: "Our company has been present on the market for 25 years." |
| Aurore: Notre entreprise a été créée il y a 25 ans. |
| Maryssa: "Our company was established 25 years ago." |
| Aurore: Notre entreprise a été créée en 1950. |
| Maryssa: "Our company was established in 1950." You can also talk about what kind of company it is. |
| Aurore: For example: Nous sommes spécialisés dans… |
| Maryssa: "We specialize in…" |
| Aurore: Nous nous occupons de... |
