Bonjour Lauren !

Merci pour votre message.

"Mécontent" is an adjective, it means "displeased".

You can use as well "content" in a negative form : il n'est pas content = il est mécontent.

Il n'est pas mécontent = Il est content

if it is not clear, let me know !

Au revoir !

In the sentence "Le client est mécontent"", why do you use "mé" insted of "ne pas"? Is there any tips you can give me to know how to make the correct form when speaking and writing?
