Should you have any questions, please let us know.
I just started learning French (found frenchpod101 yesterday). The sentence "Après avoir été diplômé,..." really confused me at first. I thought été meant summer in this case too. Then I googled it. Is it quite advanced grammar for me but I'm looking forward to the time when I will understand it completely.
I really enjoyed the lesson. The words are very useful for these hot days.
Actually enjoyed it! 😄
Doux Leçon! 👌
Bonjour Bernie !
Merci pour votre commentaire !
Both voices are correct, don't worry !
A bientôt !
The female voice is southern French; the male voice sounds Parisienne. Is one more correct than the other?
Bonjour Chevy !
Merci pour votre commentaire !
Indeed, "melon d 'eau" is THE literal translation of "watermelon"
I didn't know Canadian used this word ! Thank you for the information !
Bonne journée !
My French Canadian relatives have always called a watermelon "melon d'eau." You can't get a more literal translation than that!
