Bonjour Teresa, Lisa, Elisabeth, Jocelyn, Nima, and Fraser !

Merci pour vos commentaires !

@Fraser Read what you must memorize and read it over and over again. Repeat it to yourself, verbally, and then write it down on an index card 😄

Bonne semaine !

Thank you, I like the vocabulary but it would help me to have the gender of the nouns as well.

I really enjoy receiving these lessons. I take French with a teacher but your lessons teach me more new words and grammar.

J'aime d'aller a la plage, mais pas trop souvent . (I like to go to the beach, but not too often). A la plage, j'apporte ma glacier avec des bouteilles d'eau parce qu'il fait tres chaud la-bas. (At the beach, I carry my cooler with water bottles because it is very hot there)!

Quand je vais à la plage, je mets toujours de la crème solaire.

Merci pour la leçon de vocabulaire, mais pour moi les vacances sont terminées. La Rentrée arrive dans une semaine!

Je porte des tongs sur la plage. Je n'aime pas faire de la plongée avec tuba. (I wear flip flops on the beach. I do not like to do snorkeling.)

Where you have the word SOLEIL you have translated "Le Soleil se leve" as "The sun is settting" whereas according to Larousse dictionary.. it means the sun rise. Sunset would be "Le soleil se couche"

I have checked with my French born partner and he agrees with the above translations

I thought it was worth pointingout the error before someone practises the wrong meaning.

Ps I enjoy dong a lttle bit of French practise every day and not too much to do becuase then I tend to do it regularly

A bientot

Shanti.
