What are the rules regarding avatars? Can we use a photo of a celebrity found on the Internet? I imagine we can't use a real photo or image of a business, but how about an artistic interpretation of a business logo, or more specifically an airline logo? I just uploaded a picture of the Hawaiian Airlines logo done in plastic canvas. That is women's handcraft done with a plastic canvas and yarn. Now the avatars are not displaying anymore. Bizarre. I am doing this at work, so I can't check my e-mail to see if I have gotten any warnings from the airline, gravatar.com, or Frenchpod101. I will gladly remove the avatar, but it is disappointing that people can't display their interpretation of something they feel is worth imitating.
