Learn French with FrenchPod101.com! You and your buddy are backpacking through the countryside of France. The rural parts of France are beautiful, but sometimes you just get so bored. You tell your friend in French, “Don’t you just wish we could eat something other than food cooked over a campfire?” Your friend replies in French, “Are you saying my cooking isn’t good enough for you?” You respond in French, “No, and I’m glad you are cooking for me too. But I just want some more refined cuisine…maybe some frog’s legs. I’d even go for a baguette or a croissant for breakfast. Or some good French coffee.” Your friend says in France, “Well, sure, so would I. But don’t you enjoy roughing it too?” You tell your friend in French, “Not so much. If they put a five-star hotel and restaurant here with a café, then perhaps.” Your friend snaps back in French, “So you’d like the country if the city were rebuilt out here, eh?”

Learning French with FrenchPod101.com is the most fun and effective way to learn French! This French Intermediate lesson will show you how to form the passive voice in French. We’ll also tell you when to use this voice. In addition, we’ll describe recent measures the French government has taken to combat environmental problems and tell you about the French author of a quote who condemns pollution. What is so funny about today’s quote?

Agh, I knew this had to happen some day… I wasn’t able to check the lessons for some time, and I missed this lesson and lesson 22, because they were never available on iTunes, so they didn’t download (same thing on Podcast alley; lesson 21 is still available, but no lesson 22 or 24). Really, guys, there are always problems with Intermediate lessons and iTunes, and you should really check it out, because I’m starting to think the feed is of no use. I mean, what’s the point of suscribing if I end up having to constantly check the site, download and transfer the lessons to iTunes all the same (which is annoying, because I can’t save them as podcasts)?

Oh, well, I guess now I’ll have to wait for a couple of years until the missing are finally available in a Throwback Thursday. :???:

Hi Munia,
Whoop  We’re really sorry about this. Both Intermediate #22 and #24 should now appear on the feed (you may have to update the feed for them to show up). Thank you and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you’re still having this problem.
