Friday at 9:14 am
I’m male by the way, not sure if “Australien” is correct.
Saturday at 3:35 am
Si tu es un homme tu dirais: (if you are a man, you’d say)
Je suis australien.
You were right !
Monday at 2:46 pm
Angele! C’est vous!
Virginie et Eric sont d’ou? Where are they from?
Tuesday at 3:40 am

Use “es” if it is followed with a noun.
Tu es Rob.
Tu es Anglaise.
And “est” if it’s followed with an adjective.
Tu est fatiguee.
Is that right?
Friday at 1:38 am
No, ES & EST are two forms of the verb être at the présent de l’indicatif. It’s the conjugaison of the verb être.
Suis is used with je
Es is used with tu etc
Je suis
Tu es
Il , Elle, On est
Vous êtes
Nous sommes
Ils. Elles sont
Friday at 1:42 am
Donc how can you correct your last phrase: Tu est fatigue. ?
Friday at 6:34 am
It’s “Tu es fatigue.”
Donc est is for third person. And es is for second.
Merci beau coup. Je suis desole. I hope I’m not bothering you too much.
Wednesday at 2:05 am
You are correct.
Make sure to add the accent on the last letter and add an -e for the feminine gender as in:
“Tu es fatigué.” for a man
“Tu es fatiguée.” for a woman.
Oh no, you don tbother me. I like to assist people!
Tu es en forme ou tu es fatiguée aujourd’hui ?
