Learn French with FrenchPod101.com! You just arrived for your first day on your new job in France. Everyone seems very interested in getting to know you…only they seem to have one thing in mind! A charming young woman approaches you and hesitantly asks you in French, “What are your responsibilities here?” It’s a strange first question, but you answer in French, “I am in charge of marketing, what are you responsible for?” She almost falls over breathing a huge sigh of relief and welcomes you aboard. Moments later, another colleague hesitantly approaches you and asks in French, “I am in charge of system analysis, what are you responsible for?” After answering the gentleman, he breathes a sigh of relief, welcomes you aboard, and scurries off. After witnessing this event several times in a row, you finally pull a French coworker aside and ask why everyone is so preoccupied with his responsibilities. Hmmm…it appears you have been hired to fill someone else’s faltering responsibilities in the French office! GREAT! So much for making friends!

Just after I emailed you, a web page said my transaction went through. So I tried to get PDF files of a lesson and I was able to. So of course I wouldn’t get them if I only had a free course. I like the Free one, Its a good one. I find you pronounce the words Slow enough but not too slow and you explain certain things about some words too. I find when you pronounced the words slow enough, I caught onto other words, like I was born to speak this language about 2 minutees after you say a word(in my 1st lesson)!! I also find that when I bought the spanish course for my Ipod Touch you went a bit too fast with some words and I just Couldn’t hear the sound/pronunciation of Parts of some words. So I went to another couple of spanish courses. But now I’m back and I’v always wanted to speak French. Thank you very very much for being Patient enough to go slow for us. When you go slow I pick up the pronunciation and then it makes it Easier to hear/catch onto other words naturally.
