We typically wound up our evenings in the French Quarter at Cafe du Monde. One of my friends was especially drunk and thought she was going to be sick, so I took her to the restroom. I was going to stay, but she said she'd be fine and would find us at the table. An half-hour later, she still hadn't joined us. So we all (men and women) went to les toilettes des dames to find her, and she wasn't there! We then searched the cafe. And then the closest parts of the Quarter. By then it was getting really late (or really early, if you want to get technical). When we got back to the dorms, she was already there, passed out in bed! Apparently she was so drunk that she didn't remember where she was and wandered out of the cafe after leaving the bathroom. Some sweet married couple felt sorry for the aimlessly wandering girl and took her back to campus, as they saw her keys with the college tag on it.
